Cheryl Ferris has been performing locally for decades in ensembles ranging from duos to combos to big bands. As runner-up in the 2022 JazzBuffalo poll for Female Jazz Vocalist, she is known for her extensive repertoire of songs. In this performance she will honor the legacy of Rosemary Clooney, a singer and actress whose flawless phrasing and sensitive interpretation of lyrics have been an inspiration.
Vocalist Cheryl Ferris will be joined by Lisa Hasselback on piano, Wayne Moose on bass, and Devin Kelly on drums in celebration of the music of a legendary singer whose career spanned decades.
